30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and protective materials must be included.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Because payment processing fees, order handling, and inventory allocation costs are incurred immediately after purchase, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process below.


Non-Defective Returns (Buyer's Remorse)

If you change your mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer need the product, or purchased by mistake:

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused and in resalable condition.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• A restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

Products returned damaged, used, incomplete, or without original packaging may be rejected or subject to additional deductions.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:

• A damaged item

• A defective item

• An item with missing parts

• The wrong product

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Order number

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging

• Photos of the shipping label

After review, we may provide:

• Replacement parts

• Partial refund

• Full replacement

• Full refund

depending on the severity of the issue.


Minor Cosmetic Damage

Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product’s functionality or display performance may qualify for a partial refund rather than a full replacement or return.

The refund amount will be determined based on the extent of the issue.


Return Shipping

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items approved by our support team:

• We will cover reasonable return shipping costs when applicable.

For non-defective returns:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Original shipping charges are not refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Custom and Personalized Products

Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, or special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery for reasons unrelated to shipping damage or product defects:

• Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

• Return shipping costs, carrier fees, customs fees, and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.


Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by their local authorities.

These charges are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
